To ensure the implementation of the drill activities, the company has established an emergency evacuation drill leadership group and held group meetings to deploy the drill work, setting up three groups: logistics support group, medical support group, and fire fighting and rescue group.
The simulation scenario for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in Baoshan District (121.48 east longitude and 31.40 north latitude) is a strong felt earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2. According to the earthquake prevention and disaster reduction emergency plan drill, three stages were set up: post earthquake evacuation, emergency rescue, and fire extinguishing disposal.
As the alarm sounded, the personnel of each team in the workshop quickly hugged their heads and bent down. Under the leadership of the team leaders, they quickly evacuated from the west door of the workshop in an orderly manner. After the workshop personnel gradually evacuated to the assembly point, each team leader immediately counted the number of people and reported the results to the workshop leader, who then reported the results to the overall commander.
The workshop manager reported that one person in the workshop was trapped and had a fractured leg due to compression. Subsequently, the overall commander immediately dispatched an emergency rescue team with stretchers and medical kits to enter the workshop and carefully examine the injured area. After the emergency rescue team lifted out the injured, the logistics support team immediately transferred them to the resettlement area for care, waiting for 120 medical staff to arrive.
When it was learned that the workshop was short circuited due to an earthquake, accompanied by a fire, the overall commander notified the fire extinguishing team to immediately rush to the scene and carry out fire extinguishing measures. After the initial fire was extinguished, the fire extinguishing team entered the workshop for a secondary inspection, and no abnormal situation occurred during the inspection. Finally, each group will gather in front of the chairman's podium in order.
Xu Wenzhong, Deputy Director of Baoshan District Emergency Management Bureau, commented on the drill.
